I worked with Mechelle on buying a beautiful condo this past August.  I found her to be very friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgable.  Since I did not have an agent, she handled both sided of the sale.  Even though she was representing the seller, she honestly wanted what was best for us as well as the seller in the terms of the deal.  She also paid close attention to all the details, making sure that everything was satisfactory and correct.  She even emailed me an ad on Craig's list for a refrigerator because she knew I was looking for one.

When we were one day away from closing and the bank handling the financing sold out.  In the midst of this crisis, Mechelle was an example of " grace under fire".  She was very understanding and held a real positive attitude.  If I am ever in need of a bigger house due to family growth or desire for a new location, Mechelle is the one that I'd want to represent my interests, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends.
